The Japanese American Chamber of Commerce of Silicon Valley (JACCSV) celebrated its Ten Year Anniversary on Saturday, April 15, 2006 with a dinner gala at Spiedo Ristorante in downtown San Jose. Along with acknowledging the organization’s growth and accomplishments, Mr. Yosh Uchida and the late Mr. Ted “Bo” Kimura were honored for their vision and leadership.  The concept of a chamber focusing on supporting and empowering Japanese American businesses in Silicon Valley as well as developing strong business relationships locally as well as globally was driven by Yosh Uchida.  With the leadership of “Bo” Kimura, both leaders were instrumental for the organization’s early success. more...
